PRALINE PECANS

This is one of the easiest confections you can make. This Southern treat is universally popular.

Ingredients:

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, combine the pecans, brown sugar, and heavy cream.
Spread mixture into an 8" x 8" square baking pan sprayed with Pam.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until the coating is dry and beginning to crystallize, stirring once or twice as it bakes.
Remove from oven to cool, stirring occasionally as it cools to separate the pecans.
Serve warm. Store in airtight container.
